  • 摘要: 深度表型评估是一种精确而全面的方法, 用于对患者的多系统表型进行细致分析和全面评估, 包括症状、体征及各种医学检查和实验室结果等医疗相关信息。在罕见骨病的临床诊断和医学研究中, 深度表型评估发挥着关键作用。精准医疗的实现主要涵盖3个关键维度, 即深度表型评估、分层医学和靶向治疗, 其中深度表型评估是后两者的基础。深度表型评估不仅有助于将疾病进行精细的亚类分层, 也有助于深入理解遗传数据。为了实施深度表型评估, 需要使用标准术语和遵循特定的流程。同时, 人工智能技术的应用可极大地助力深度表型评估, 结合多组学技术更是具备广阔的潜力。

     

    Abstract: Deep phenotyping is a precise and comprehensive approach used for the precise analysis and comprehensive assessment of multi-system phenotypes of the patients. The approach uses symptoms, signs, various medical examination and laboratory results, and other relevant medical information. In the clinical diagnosis and medical research of rare bone diseases, deep phenotyping plays a pivotal role. The realization of precision medicine primarily comprises three key dimensions: deep phenotyping, stratified medicine, and targeted therapy. The deep phenotyping is the basis for the latter two. Deep phenotyping not only facilitates fine subtyping of diseases, but also allows for the in-depth understanding of genetic data. The use of deep phenotyping requires stand- ardized terminology and specific procedures. Moreover, deep phenotyping shows substantial potential using the application of artificial intelligence technology particularly when combining with multi-omics techniques.
